*The overall frame of the bending machine is integrated welded and tempered to eliminate internal stress.
*The frame of the bending machine adopts shot blasting and rust removal, and spraying anti-rust treatment.
*The frame is machined in one pass by imported CNC stereoscopic machining centre to ensure parallelism and perpendicularity of each mounting surface.
*Controller can control Y1 and Y2 axes (Y1 controls the left cylinder, Y2 controls the right cylinder) to ensure synchronous movement of the ram.
*Quiet speed waiting, fast speed reduction (around 25dB), low noise of press back (hydraulic system pressure is controlled by servo main motor closed loop).
*The main oil pump is not applied to work under servo main motor drive, energy consumption is 60% lower than the general CNC bending machine.
